The Autorité des marchés financiers is the body responsible for regulating financial markets in Quebec. Depending on the structure of the investment vehicles used, the Securities Act and Regulation 31-103 may require registration with it, or exempt from it.

The following has been verified across every page: each image carries alternative text or is explicitly decorative, no text falls below the required contrast ratio, every form field has a linked label, all controls are reachable by keyboard, focus remains visible, and the tab order follows the reading order. A skip link opens every page.
Two reservations, so as not to promise more than has been measured: the testimonial videos are not captioned, and the site has not been through an independent accessibility audit. If you meet an obstacle, write to us from the contact page: we fix it and we answer you.

This site does not measure its audience and sets no cookies of its own; the Google map on the Contact page, which loads with the page, does. The detail is in our privacy policy.
